J&B Exterior Cleaning was founded by two graduates of Rye Country Day School, class of 2025. Blake is now studying finance at the University of Virginia. Lachlan runs day-to-day operations on the ground in Fairfield County and Westchester. We've been working in this market for two years.
What started as a way to put serious work in over the summer has become something we take much more seriously. We invested in commercial-grade equipment, learned the chemistry behind the work, refined our process for every surface type, and built relationships with homeowners who expect the same level of care from their power washer that they expect from their landscape designer or stonemason.
We're young, and we don't hide it. We think it's an advantage. We answer the phone ourselves. We show up when we say we will. We work hard because the business is ours and our reputation is on the line every job. And because we're founder-run, you're never handed off to a crew that doesn't know your property — the people who quoted the work are the people doing it.
J&B is licensed in Connecticut as a limited liability company and fully insured. We're in our second season and we intend to be the most trusted name in exterior cleaning in this market.
